Mario Williams, Marcel Dareus and I think Jerry Hughes have complained about their role in the defense since training camp. They are totally right, but literally not giving effort or showing up to practice because you're too much of a crybaby is ridiculous. You have to buy in for any defense to work. I am so sick of Mario's antics. Dareus and Hughes at least give effort.

How can anyone blame the GM when basically nothing that happened since Rex was hired was decided by Whaley?

Wasn't a great believer in Rex but I am shocked that he was able to destroy that D in less then a season.

When he got a 'not terrible' QB paired up with Shady on the offense I honestly thought they'd be up challenging with the Pats and we'd be trying to stay off the floor of the Division.

15(?) years without a playoff run and you look at that roster........that's gotta hurt for all the Bills fans.

And it's not like the Bills didn't see this imbecile up close for years leading up to them hiring him. I just hope that regardless of what happens this week against the Pats that the Jets go up there and demolish this idiot. Serious question, I cannot think of a better circumstance for the Bills to lay down to make their coach look really bad, if they quit and get their doors blown off at home against the Jets, does Rex get another year?

It is all Whaley. He is the GM. Cutting the veteran leader (Fred Jackson), trading away the backup QB whom you just gave up picks for the month before and having to start EJ which lost you multiple games, drafting EJ to begin with, trading 2 first rounders for Watkins, etc.

He has been the GM for two head coaches now, and during both there have been reports of "riffs between the coach and GM" and "strife within the organization." Many insiders call this guy power hungry and has an ego, which I can totally see and believe. The new reports say he will probably be gone at the end of the year.

haha ^ Whaley is the only good thing they had going for them. I will celebrate with a glass of scotch if/when they fire him and go all in with Rex Ryan. We won't have to worry about Buffalo for quite some time. How can buffalo fans be so stupid

Listening to WGR, @SalSports just said he was told yesterday Whaley is going nowhere. I also was told the same thing, yesterday. We'll see

. @salsports "I've been told many times that Doug Whaley will be the GM in 2016"

    This should be interesting.

Yeah there have been conflicting reports. Not sure who is right. But this is the second head coach in as many years Whaley has caused issues with. I remember last year at training camp he went down on the the field and started a screaming match with Marrone. I don't know where he gets such an ego from, it's not like he's ever done shit in this league.

If Ryan has lost the locker room and the defense isn't buying in... then what actually is he good for? I have a great idea for the Bills...fire the GM and give the job to Rex LOL

Shocked at how badly their D has played. No excuses for Rex, he has not done a good job this year.

Rex will get another GM fired.
    Superbowl Rings - 0 , GM's canned - 3

Here's a great idea for the Bills, hire a new GM under the condition that they have to keep Rex on board as HC -- we all know how that works.

Disastrous and embarrassing year for Rex. He gets arguably the best QB season he has ever helmed, and is 6-8 with 2 games to play. The Bills D has been shredded this season. That said, I expect the Bills to play well in Week 17 against us, you just know they will.

Why? Will his players really care about winning (another) one for Rex when they're out of it and half of them don't even like him? Mario Williams ain't gonna give a crap about win one for Rex.

They already more or less did that with Whaley, he's had no power from the minute Rex was hired.

When I read your posts, it sounds like a sea bass, fresh out of the ocean, bouncing around on the deck and trying to figure out which side it wants to land on.

You are priceless. A priceless little homer, that just can't figure out who the good guys are anymore.

That's what Rex Ryan has brought you.

    And we told you, too.

    Bwaaaaahahahaha
