Ha. I was a member of the local Polish Club many years ago. Good times. Not a popular spot with the ladies. The official name of the place was the American Citizens Club of Polish Descent. I shit you not.
Little does Watkins realize that the standing odds are that in a few short years he will be one of those people working "a little job". Save your nickles son, because I don't see a future in broadcasting for you.
rex looks at the back of the playing cards without taking into account whether they can still do it, what was around them to allow them to do it and why they are available now.
I know Holmes was a huge pain in the ass, but I never got the impression Burress was all that bad of a guy.
Did I call this shit.... http://www.nfl.com/theinterim "I would run through anything for Coach Campbell," linebacker Chris McCain said this week. "A brick wall. A cement wall. Anything." Relax homey... you beat the fucking Texans who fired their QB because he missed the team flight.
DAVIE, Fla. -- There are plenty of interesting ties in Sunday’s game between the Buffalo Bills(3-4) and Miami Dolphins (3-4). Among the obvious are Buffalo tight end Charles Clay and guard Richie Incognito, who two years ago was suspended for his role in Miami's bullying scandal. However, Bills coach Rex Ryan dropped an interesting and little-known nugget Wednesday during his conference call with the Miami media. According to Ryan, he once tried to hire Dan Campbell on his coaching staff with the New York Jets. They will face off for the first time as head coaches on Sunday. "People that know Campbell has obviously been extremely impressed with him," Ryan said. "When I see his team, I get it. I see they’re going more two tight-end personnel, pounding the ball in there." Ryan also joked about Campbell’s imposing, intimidating look. He is the youngest coach (39) in the NFL and a former tight end for a decade. "Most times when I go across field I can whip most head coaches, but I ain’t whipping that one," Ryan said laughing. "I’m not even trying to whip that one. He’s a big dude, man. I’m 52 years old. I’d like to see Oh Rex. Thinks fighting other coaches matters. Sizes up coaches on physical fighting ability. No wonder our talent evaluation was garbage. HS mentality, what a joke. For the record, I think Tomlin would kick the shit out of fat out of shape Rex. Rex would be tired after 15 seconds. You say "he's gone, why does it bother you". I think it's the fact that this shit actually goes through his brain.
Sammy Watkins was quite correct in his statement. nfl fans put more effort into their teams than they do most of the stuff they should actually be worried about.
Right on point, I was at work and 2 coworkers were discussing WS loss by mets, a 3rd coworker turned to them and said, "you guys think those guys are sitting around discussing the fans right now"? "They are home enjoying their millions and their beautiful wives." Don't want to derail thread, just wanted to share that.
Ahem. Point duly noted: http://pagesix.com/2015/11/04/matt-harvey-gets-over-world-series-loss-with-victorias-secret-model/
That Rex would assess Dan Campbell in those terms does hint of a school yard mindset. But, going there, in addition to Dan Campbell, Jack del Rio and Ron Rivera would wipe the floor with Fatty in short order. And other Rex ass-kickers would include Mike McCarthy, John Harbaugh, Mike Tomlin and Mike Pettine, and even though they're giving a few years away, maybe John Fox and Marvin Lewis as well.
Just another example of what an asshole we had the last few years. Rex, his horrible DC brother with the Jesus haircut, and his loud mouth, blow hole father are one in the same. You must remember that the old man went after Mike Ditka on the sidelines. The mentality is genetic.
Todd Bowles would kick his ass too. I wouldn't rule out any of the coaches that played in the league- That includes guys like Jeff Fisher & even Gary Kubiak. Jason Garrett played in the league but he's a pussy, I'll give Rex the edge there
