The "plane" celebration -- for or against?

I love it because it isn't an obnoxious celebration. It is subtle, and it symbolizes TEAM.

 

I like it, it's funny but I'm sure it'll grow stale. My girlfriend said it was stupid, obviously we're not together anymore.

 

Hate it! Wait until you win the game like Holmes after catching the game winning TD, I think these guys celebrate way too much early in the game.

 

I voted for it, even tho im against most celebrations after TD's......I thought it was cool, something new..............hard to agree with it tho, especially when you dont have the game in hand............tuff call for me either way, but i'd rather see the airplane than any self absorbing jibberish

Yeah, it was awesome when he did it during the Vikings game but after that it just wasn't the same.

 

I am completely for it. It is silly, and it is team oriented, there is too much me me me bs in pro sports now.

 

Staunchly pro-plane. It looked badass when Santonio did it. Mark looked like a goofballl at best, reminiscent of Slim Penny.

Sanchez has more rhythm than Penny.

Sanchez did a weird version of it after the Browns winning TD. Palms up not down, bobbing his head.

But they both do it well.



Its a great team celebration that shows unity and belief in the logo on their uniform. This is what I've been waiting for as a fan. The culture is changed. My bitching and moaning about changing the culture pre Ryan was answered. I'm loving every minute of this.

Some fans were doing it in the parking lot after yesterday's game. I was one of them. Silly? Yes! But all in fun.

All but a matter of time when an opposing team mocks the Jets by doing it and look who we face on Thursday? The crown princes of comedy in TO and Ocho.

 

One is going to Revis Island and the other to Alcrotraz so I don't think we need to worry much about them having any TD celebrations.

 

I'm not worried about them. Actually I usually find Ocho to be amusing with his antics.

 

Nothing will ever replace Gastineau's sack dance, and perhaps this will be the closest we get to that. Despite its fun, I hope it's just a one-season celebration.

 

I want more stuff like this and the air siren.
