I have two teams in the playoffs, and to be honest, at this point, I am tired of fantasy football for the year.
Who to start at QB? : Vince Young vs STL Orton VS INDY or pickup Cambell VS OAK pickup Cutler VS GB pickup Henne VS Jax
Celek or Witten? Leaning Witten since he's red hot the last 2 weeks, but that Giant D against the TE is horrible.
The Giant D sucks regardless, go with Celek. For my last flex, Sims-Walker - now supposedly playing, Cotchery or one of the Falcon RB's (Snelling, Norwood)?
Sims Walker. for my last RB: Chris Brown vs. SEA (new starter for the Texans) or Lynch vs. KC (doesn?t get a lot of carries, but the Chiefs are horrible and Buffalo may lead in the 4th quarter)? and WR (pick 2): Steve Smith (NYG) vs. PHI Chambers vs. BUF R. Williams vs. SD or Meachem vs. ATL? here I?m leaning towards Smith and Meachem.
I benched Brandon Marshall for Meachem today. It's going to cost me a playoff spot. I deserve to lose.
Ouch. Thats tough man... I learned a long time ago to stick with your bread and butter during the playoffs no matter what the matchup is.
I played Marshall today and I thought he ended my season. I was down 81 to 59 after the 1 o'clock games and the guy I was playing had Marion Barber, Roy Williams and Santana Moss going and I only had my kicker and my defense. Luckily my kicker and defense were Bironas (18 pts.) and the Titans (27 pts.) and I won 104-99, advancing to the second round of the playoffs.
Well, I can still make the playoffs. It's 67-68 right now and I have Celek and Akers' second halves yet, and then Frank Gore tomorrow night against Vernon Davis. I'm still in the running.
LOL- You can say that again, with the bonus points and return point he put up 44 in my league. Crazy shit-
