Im doing like 2oop, 80f, 350 carbs right now on theway up. Reverse dieting. Still not really gaining weight yet. It's hard. Where I work I can't eat whenever I want to
Thats some good macros, Thats around 2700 calories right? Im only at 4000 because in a couple months I am going to be in an academy where I wont be able to train probably AND be forced to do miles of running cardio. I will probably lose everything ive trained for, for 3 years, sucks.
I'm not a bodybuilder, so this may sound like a strange question- but how much soda do you need to drink to get 4,000 calories a day? (Trying to steer things back on topic.)
Uggh, probably you would need to drink like 15 of the 20 oz sodas to get to 4000. But obviously that would be all carbs so it wouldnt be good, so probably around 10 if you want to fill your carbs up. I only drink the diet sodas, and sometimes the mountain dew kick starts. I try not to drink my calories, although im taking in 600+ carbs so I do drink milk because its quick and easy.
I usually dont add the final stuff I eat at the end of the day so its usually just more carbs and maybe some fats, so ive been ending up around 4200 cals.
How about we just give people a 1 hour lesson on IIFYM and bam, people will finally understand how to lose weight, and understand how their VERY OWN body that they have been feeding there entire life, actually functions. Instead schools shove gym class down everyone's throat as a way to be "healthy", what a disgrace.
