    I actually have to LEAVE to go to a 99th birthday party this evening. I won't even be able to watch the game. I'll only be able to listen to it for the hour-long car ride.

    A 99th birthday party. . . BAH!! Talk to me when you reach 100!!

    I don't think so. The party's being thrown by the the birthday boy's 70 year old daughter, and old people just don't understand such things.

    At that age, I think the guy roots for a strong bowel movement each morning, and everything else is gravy.

    Surely it'll be a show up, smile sweetly and leave affair?

    In fact at 99 just don't show up and tell him the next day how much you enjoyed the party, he'll never remember the difference? ;)
