The only problem with stubhub, the seller does not have to confirm.. if he sees its new york jets in superbowl.. he might not want to confirm the price thats up there now... I think buyer has 48 hrs to confirm. The ticketmaster site.. if its up there its a confirmed sale
hell i live in daytona so im just a 4 hr drive away and i work for the hilton so i get dirt cheap hotel rooms so all i need is the tickets
Yes 48 hours. But apparently they will find you another ticket in the same area. I chose Upper End zone so there's probably a boat load of tix available there. At any rate, I'll give them the 48 hours and if they don't deliver, I will get a refund plus coupon for extra money and go to ticketmaster
Just got my confirmation - WoooooHoooooo!! Going to the bowl baby! That's 1/3 of my dream complete. The Jets going is the second third, and winning it all completes the cycle!!
Stubhub. I asked for a discount on the service charge but couldn't get one. So it was about 2k for the ticket
Any knowledgeable motel recommendations from anyone familiar with the area? My wife is a "shopper," big time. Are there any motels within shopping districts and pedestrian attractions or shops?

Okay fellas, it's time to "Stand In The Door," as the 82nd Airborne Jumpmasters used to scream as they prepared us to jump out of perfectly good C-130s. I am doing this. My wife already has permission to be off from work on Feb 8 for the trip home. You're either in or you're out. Here's my checklist, to be executed in the following order: 1) Secure SB Tickets. 2) Make Airline Reservations 3) Make Rental Car Reservation 4) Make Motel Reservation My wife is now laughing hysterically at my antics today. I've even told her I have to eat DURING the game because I will not have time to eat afterwards (on account of all the things I have to do above). I will not even be accepting congratulatory phone calls FROM ANYONE until all the above are accomplished, not even my own kids. I will not have time to be chit-chatting. Only after I have accomplished my checklist will I be able to return phone calls. By the time my head hits the pillow tonight, I will have everything set up for our trip to the Superbowl. I'm not even drinking until after I'm done. She wanted to discuss where we're staying, etc., so she says to me "We can talk about it after the game." I told her, "Are you nuts? All the tickets will be gone by then! Oh no, we're working all this out now. I have no time to be kicking around this or that when the game is over."
