    I don't think it's as scary as you think. Young offensive mind with proven success coaching QBs with Baker and Mahomes. College is much different than the NFL because of recruiting, why would a top recruit go to TT when they could go to Baylor, Texas, Texas A&M, or cross into Oklahoma? Get him a DC and we're good to go. The guy coaches with fire and players love him. Sign me up.

    He also coached Manzel and Case Keenum. So his record is mixed, it could have been more the natural talent and intelligence of the young men than his coaching that caused their NFL success.

    Teams don’t usually hire offensivr coordinators before head coaches but I agree.

    This. Caldwell is being overlooked. The Lions performance since he left makes me like him more.

    Don't forget he was the ravens OC when they won a superbowl.

    Manziel was a solid college QB. Just saying that QBs have had success under his system.

    Who cares that Manziel was a solid college QB? He didn't do anything well in the NFL and we need a guy who is proven at NFL QB development. That's why I want McCarthy. He developed Rodgers and helped to rehabilitate Favre.

    Kingsbury is not my first choice but I’d be excited if he was the hire. I fully understand his risks but I would think if nothing else we will have an exciting era of Jets football.

    He also has a ton of upside if he is in fact as innovative as most suggest.

    Mayfield hates everyone it seems

    Kingsbury made an executive decision. And look at the numbers Mahomes put up. Not like he put Nathan Peterman out there

    And Kingsbury took the high road as well. Good for him. This reflects well on KK. Shows he can make tough decisions

    Mccarthy and the Browns interview now on hold, don't know which side it came from but seems like Mccarthy is still very much in play

    The writing was on the wall after the first postponement. It's either McCarthy to the Jets or McCarthy sits for 2019. He has no interest in the Browns and no interest in dealing with Baker Mayfield (however talented he is)

    We'd quicker get Rhule & Monken combo.

    If Kliff is NFL-bound, I think it's as HC. Unless of course, there is truth to the Patriots OC job. Yuck.
