You know what amazes me -- how many guys that are rumored for GM spots, coaching vacancies, etc...have been part of the Jets organization? Gamble was with the Jets, Marrone with the Jets, 49ers current GM with the Jets...seems like many names out there had some time in the Jets organization.

 

Good point. They all experience a lot of success when they leave this organization.

The Chargers might sweep him off his feet and lock him up so this isn't final yet, I wish it was , because if we get Gamble we have a great shot at landing Alex Smith who he worked with in SF

 

it's aamzing, Jet fans want Alex Smith who had 1 good year and has 1 playoff iwn under his belt but we want to get rid of mark Sanchez who has 4. By midseason next year the fans would want Alex Smith gone.

 

What kind of a moron wants Alex Smith starting for this team? The guy is terrible. The only way he can be somewhat successful is with the best defense in the league, one of the best runningbacks, and one of the best offensive lines. With one of the best TEs in the league. And he still loses his job to injury.

He's like Trent Dilfer 0.5
