Cool. Butnwho is responsible for the offense? Rex is not a DC. He is the HC. Year in year out we suck on defense and this falls on Rex.

I get where you're coming from, but you started a thread about firing Rex and made your only post about the defense.

You can't sit here and say to fire Rex for the defense. Make a thread about firing him based on other things, because if you want to make defense the only measuring stick, you don't have a ground to stand on.

This wasn't on Rex, not his defense anyway. they probably did about as well as they were gonna.

offense loss this one, mistakes from the weapons and mistakes from Smith.

I do think you are right Baker. We need to simple down the O and pound the rock. But Geno is playing very poorly for a starting QB in the NFL.

Brook has been in this country for a minute and is already getting the hang of TGG when he is drunk and angry.

    Impressive adaptability.

He had a mediocre game with the decision making, he has 1 reliable guy in Kerley with Decker hurt and when your coaching staff gives up on running the ball with Ivory(If he got hurt, then I can understand), it makes things a whole lot tougher. David Nelson is not a reliable top 3 WR on a team. I hope the big Salas play pushes him over Nelson in the depth chart.

Jalen Saunders may have had the punt fumble but he should be looked into the offense as a checkdown receiver.

Geno can't play superman for the team, and when we want him to. Inconsistent play happens. I know it sucks to not have Aaron Rodgers or Peyton Manning but so few of those elite QBs come.

Again my bad. Top 5 defense my ass was not about this game. Look where Top 5 defense got us. Seriously tired of this stupidity and it falls on Rex. He has to go. Period.

Rex's biggest mistake was putting Philip Adams on Martellus Bennett in the redzone. Or is tht Idzik's fault for just not having any depth at corner? Ugh I hate taking the blame Idzik route but how can you put these corners out there with us still being $20 mil over the cap?

Adams took McDougal's spot there I think. Sucks the injury took the kid out, I don't think Dex even gets burnt that badly(That says something given he hasn't registered a single snap). You aren't finding any worthwhile CB on the market. Philip Adams is a bum.

... because it's been explained a million times: We're not winning the Super Bowl this year, and that $20 million will be rolled over onto next year's cap. The defense isn't the problem. The problem is we are starting a Bottom 5 QB for the sixth consecutive year.

Mistakes from Smith, sure. Mistakes from the weapons? Doesn't a weapon imply that it can do damage? We have no one that can do damage outside of Decker and Kerley.

I find it hard to blame Rex for this when Marty runs the entire offense,he made some awful play calls, the goaline QB keeper to geno on 3rd down was brutal,Powell would have punched that in
