    I hope you take Brick, Leinart is going to be a star. He has that "it" that you need in a QB.

    Yes, it's much worse to be in this position than to, say, not have a first round pick at all because you traded it away (a la New York Knicks). It's true that whatever they do they'll get criticized for years to come, but that's why they get paid to make these decisions.
