    Here is the full draft order.

    4 teams ended up with the same record. 3-14. Strength of schedule created the first round order as below.

    1st Round : Raiders, Jets, Cardinals, Titans

    Each round, the top team goes to the bottom. So Raiders will pick last out of these 4 teams in second round and Jets will pick 1st.

    2nd Round: Jets, Cardinals, Titans, Raiders
    3rd Round: Cardinals, Titans, Raiders, Jets

    My bad English. Hope I explained it nicely. :)
