If the Pens or Oilers get the #1, there is nobody on the planet that can convince me it is not fixed.
It is a stacked division. 5 teams made the playoffs from the Metro, not including the high powered Penguins, and the team with the #1 pick Rangers, who are looking up. 2021 will be really competitive.
Me too. It took the Lightning 5 games, 5 overtimes and 16 months, but they finally beat Columbus in a playoff game!
So perfect to end the season. I really didn't want the Rangers to get into the fanless playoffs this year. When the Rangers win their next cup I need to be in the stands, and by missing the cut they end up with the #1 pick. Damn perfect
Terrible officiating in OT in Canes/Bruins game. The Bruins totally outplayed them most of the game. Felt good before the series started, after watching this one maybe the Canes win 1 game.
Hurricanes look a lot better today, It might be a series after all. Nice bounce back for the BJs. I thinks Caps bounce back and we may have three real entertaining series in the East.
That wasn't that big of a surprise really, considering his comments throughout the spring and summer about continuation of the season. He said in some interview that he didn't want to start playing again. He has a newborn baby (I know many players have as well..) and wanted to spend time with his family. His comments after the last game was pretty telling as well, calling the games boring without fans and not really caring about the results.
Well, the Bruins won without him 3-1 today. The Coyotes also won a game over the Avalanche despite being outshot by a large margin. Lightning-Blue Jackets and Golden Knights-Blackhawks later tonight!
