I felt so bad for the Winnipeg fans last night. Great game, great energy. First home playoff game there in 19 years. Lose a heart breaker in OT. The Jets and Senators are both down 3-0, yet both are playing pretty good playoff hockey. Many other teams have won games (Caps) despite playing much worse.

weighted lotteries are foolish if you want to deter tanking then stop rewarding teams for losing. Until you do, teams like Buffalo will continue to dump all NHL talent in order to lose as much as possible.
Hats off to the Ducks and Bruce Boudreau on getting a playoff sweep. Winning in Winnipeg is not easy and they dominated. I feel bad for the Jets fans but good for that Ducks team. I don't like looking too far forward but a potential Blackhawks-Ducks WCF would be sweet.
