We technically have an older team than the Celtics. Are starters are just younger (and better).

I hear you B but the only thing that concerns me is that the games the Knicks have had problems with are all about the Refs. I hope when it happens they just fight through it.

Really want this game 3 badly. Want to make sure this series does not go more than 5.

LOL...man that would be great for you. The lead up to such a series and the series alone would be nuts to say the least.

So I decided to read an article today about the Knicks/Celitcs. I was a lot of whining about how the Celtics are old and they are doing this to themselves. But wait the Knicks are older than the Celtics and all year long they said the Knicks are too old to win the Atlantic and make the playoffs. But then they said the oldness of the Celtics will push this series to 7 against the Knicks (still a possibility but looks bleak for them) and now they say the reason the Celtics are old is why the Knicks are winning....

They can't even stick to their arguments.

I love how the Knicks are setting NBA records out the wazoo. We had the most 3 pointers made this year out of any other team in NBA history(by far 30+), we are the oldest team in NBA history, and now we held Boston to tie the NBA low in points allowed in a playoff half. Keep it rolling Knicks.

Fuck the haters (ESPN)! Keep setting records and shutting these idiot hack journalists and beat writers up. If the Knicks win the title, I wonder what they'll talk about then? I bet they'll start saying that the officiating was at fault or blame injuries on the other team, or something. Anything except giving the Knicks credit for being a good team.

Celtics tonight. Usually role players play better at home, so maybe Terry/Crawford/etc show more than what they were showing.

Agree with whoever said the knicks need plow through the hometown cooking the Celtics will receive. We haven't had a 3 point shootout game yet or a JR everything I touch goes in or a Melo everything I touch goes in game. This game is very important because it basically removes all hope. You can't let Boston win, then think "hey if we win the next game, we just need to win 2 out of the next 3" etc. Put the clamps down on here.

Still 10 minutes to go and anything can happen but I want to go right on record now that I was waaaayyyyy off with the officiating. Fair game for a road game and the Knicks are playing great.

Ejecting Smith for swinging an elbow after Terry bashed him in the midsection is a ridiculous call, especially given the ridiculous dive on top of it.

Our bench was absolutely great. Stood up for everything and you could tell everyone wanted this bad. I know it's a cliche that a team "Wants" something more, but the Knicks bench looked liked a confident bunch.

The JR elbow is a flagrant 2 and ejection, but that's it. Nothing tacked on.

One more game for that sweep

Everything was great except the boneheaded move by JR raising his elbow...His ejection was warranted. He needs apologize and move on
