The Boston Celtics scored 25 second half points in game 1. The Boston Celtics scored 23 second half points in game 2. (franchise playoff low) Together that's 48 points over 48 minutes! Knicks up 2-0. Time to take at least 1 in Boston, hopefully both!

For Knick fans...get ready for a very very very frustrating game 3. For a team like the Knicks that have said to be cry babies and bitch and moan it just goes to show how much bullshit that really is. Doc Rivers..who I really like and respect..has spent the first 2 games bitching the entire game. Not sure how he has survived both games. He has bitched and moaned at every single call. He then spent most of the press conference bitching about Garnett? being hit with at least 3 fouls that were ridiculous. Garnett? He has to be kidding me. Add to that you had Pierce...Garnett...and Green in foul trouble the whole second half and we are set up for the NBA at its WORST..the one league where home court advantage with the refs is a true disgrace. Yes, even the Knicks probably got the calls tonite but thats the NBA in a nutshell. Perhaps its because how close to the court fans are...who knows..but Im telling you...Friday night is going to be a disaster because of Rivers bitching. I just hope at least Chandler or Martin stays safe but guaranteed one of them will have trouble staying on the court. More concerned for Anthony and Smith because one of them will have problems too...Im totally convinced of this. Hope come Friday night I can look back at this and say wrong wrong wrong..but the NBA is a hometown joke with calls and I truly expect it to show its ugly face more than usual come Friday night. As far as the game goes...if Felton keeps playing like this with his penetrating..this team is very hard to beat. The Martin/Chandler combo (and Chandler will be even better by Friday) is a true monster in the middle. This team is as well balanced a team in the NBA with no real weaknesses. The only problem they have is like past Knick teams trying to fight past Jordan...there is James now. Thats it. J.R. Smith is not only huge on offense but is a great defensive presence..and a great rebounder. This is a very very good basketball team. I do believe they can give the Heat a run for it. Hope so at least!
And on Saturday the talked about how the Knicks missed the record by 2 points in holding the Celtics to 25 in the second half and then tonite they tie the record..which tells me for back to back games they probably crushed the record. Has to be.

Same here, man. If I even see Charles Barkley it's an automatic fast forward / mute. Guess what the topic was on ESPN radio today? (for my drive in to work) The Knicks should have beat Boston because Boston is a bad team and that the Knicks should be playing better. They absolutely refuse to give any credit to the Knicks. If the Knicks end up sweeping the Celtics, they'll probably say they knew it all along. Before they were talking about how easy it would be for Boston to split the first 2 games and steal home court. I wonder what the next redickulous negative prediction will be. Bunch of tools on that station. They claim to be "realistic" fans, yet set double standards. They shlob the knobs of the Heat every day, yet the Knicks as a #2 seed, don't get any credit or respect for what they accomplished. The #2 is usually expected to win against the #7 (a team that is 1 game over .500), yet they wouldn't dare predict a victory for the Knicks, yet when it comes to Miami the Knicks have no chance whatsoever. I'd boycott the station, but it's so comical listening to those morons think they know what they are talking about.
