Mike Woodson is a defensive coach? I'm not feeling this team right now. Stop being whiny cry babies, and show some damn heart.

This team is soft, led by #7 - Mr. Charmin. The easy way to beat the Knicks is to play physical and they start throwing tantrums, yelling at the refs, complaining about every little thing instead of focusing on the game. Honey Nut Cheerios

We are playing like bitches...like we are still in cruise control. This isnt the playoffs. Somebody get these guys a reality check.

Trade someone away...Btw, Amare is a hinderance to the cap and to this game. Horrible player defensively.

Defense has been suspect since 18-5

Techincally correct. What the tough, physical defenses do is force Melo to give it up with a double or triple team then rotate well enough to contest any drives or open shots. With Shump/Kidd hesitating to shoot from 3 it just give a good defense more time to settle back into a good defense.

At some point you have to figure we aren't in cruise control and this is what we are. There is room to get better but that seems to be coaching.

Yep. We had maybe 4-5 amazing games defenisvely which held us up great, then we slowly started slipping. The pick and roll

Ronnie Brewer heading to OKC. Fair value says we would get Westbrook back.. right? Let's see, I'm guessing a pick from OKC.

Thunder sending Knicks a future second-round pick for Brewer.

This means we have room to sign someone without cutting someone/sending to the D league.

The Knicks are sending Ronnie Brewer to Oklahoma City to clear a roster spot. Thunder are sending a future 2nd-round pick.

I can only imagine what old, over the hill has been they'll bring in this time. Maybe the Knicks are simply pretenders. I don't get it. How does a team get worse when 2 of your best players come back from injury?

Look at Dallas' record the year they won it all. Started out hot, long mediocre stretch, finished strong and carried their momentum all the way through. Hopefully we get a similar scenario.

^^ Ha yeah I didn't mention Kenyon Martin because I really didn't want him. But I forgot about 10 day contracts. I like adding him for 10 days and then if Camby/Sheed get better , then I want to get a wing players who can play some D as Amare/Melo/Tyson/Thomas and one of Sheed/Camby is enough.

Nice early signs: Knicks pushing the ball off misses and turnovers. Getting a ton of easy buckets making the misses more bearable.

Bad early signs: Melo cold. Raptors attacked Amare on the pick and roll the second he came in and he was out of position both times they attackd him
