I think they are right Kidd's leg kick should have been a no call, but Ball Don't Lie, he missed so all good in the end. Nets had some good looks, thought Williams was gonna drain it. Nice win for the Knicks, Nets have to wait another game to stop their skid. Still, two fun games between these two. Gonna have an actual NY rivalry.
Of course! I still love how before the Knicks made the trade, every Knicks hater and media outlet said "The Knicks don't have enough pieces to make this trade". After the Knicks made the trade, " The Knicks gave up too much".
Just like how everyone who killed the Yankees for spending too much is now attacking them for not spending enough. And how everyone who killed the Jets for trading for Tebow is now clamoring for him to replace Sanchez. It comes with the territory for New York sports fans.

I feel like this is a fun rivalry because both teams don't have recent success and both fans are grounded and basically afraid the other shoe will drop. Both fanbases love the new look of their teams and that there is a legitimate, both teams good rivalry. Maybe if this continues for years, more hatred will build up, but right now I haven't talked much and my Nets friends haven't talked much to me
I will tell you one guy that needs to do some soul searching after this game and its Felton...man...he looks exactly like the guy that played for the Trailblazers last year against the Nets. Brought nothing again against the Nets. Ok...thats the negative..the positive is that Melo right now is playing as good as any player I have watched in the past decade. Man oh man...wow. Chandler...Smith...Kidd. Brewer and Novack were invisible also. Lets face it..if a team really wants to take Novack out of the game its easy. Up to the rest of the Knicks to play four on four and take advantage.
I'm loving the fact that we have 4-5 games in a row at home. We've played a pretty though schedule early on in the year. Looking forward to Bulls rematch at home. Knicks are sitting pretty at the top of the East.
Felton "gets up" for the big PG games and usually plays bad. Both games vs the Nets, the Rockets game, etc
I feel the same way, I have been a Nets fan since they were loaded with guys like Chris Dudley, Connecticut Bad Ass Rick Mahorn, and those ugly cloud uniforms but I've never hated the Knicks. It's odd. I hate the Yankees, Giants and Rangers/Flyers but the Knicks I don't.
