Cook is by far the most athletic tight end...hell, maybe even player, at the combine.

    He just posted a 41 inch vertical - at 6'5 246.

    23 reps of 225

    10'3 broad jump

He hasn't run the 40 yet, but it will probably be very fast.

I'll keep updating as each drill passes.

He ran a 4.42 forty... That's an unbelievable outing.

With these numbers is it possible that he sneaks into the bottom of the first round?

Very possible. He could even go higher if a team likes him as a jumbo sized wideout.

Right now, I see him going to the Eagles in the first round. They're looking for a receiving tight end.

That would be a nice fit since not only could they be in the market for a receiving threat at TE, but maybe even another WR. And Cooks seems like a hybrid type. I don't know much about his blocking though. Could you fill me in?

He's not a blocker at all. Spurrier knew this, so he would usually line Cook up in the slot and use our big tight end Wes Saunders (who's going to be a hell of a pro prospect) on the line to block.

Cook is a mix between Matt Jones and Dustin Keller...if that makes sense.

If he's that poor of a blocker, than maybe he would be better off trying to make the move over to WR..

Ah, when do the WR's go?
(and I wasn't sure if Cook was drilling as a WR or TE)

He ran a 4.37 when he weighed around 230 - now he's close to 250.
