    As a Fifth grade teacher, I can tell you the kids aren’t all right is an accurate statement.
    It gets worse every year, at my school we have had 7 teachers leave during this current school.
    Five of those were beginning teachers (BTs) who are just leaving the profession.


    At least I won’t be alive when this current crop will be running things and calling the shots.
