I knew Idzik was a fucking buffoon as soon as he let Cromartie walk without an offer. 1 year $3m were the terms at a position of need..... He didn't even have to be a starter, just an opportunity to compete, and he still just let him leave. After that I became real skeptical. And then the Dmitri Patterson and Mike Goodson incidents...... What a joke.
You said it all there. The guy is a liar and throws people on the bus if they don't agree with him. He even started in on Mac before he was hired because he didn't want the guy to get the job. If you can't see that and you think Mehta is an ok guy then it says it all. No surprise here.

You honeslty believe that we wanted Idzik fired because we "didn't like him"? Did he kick my dog? Did he insult my mom? Maybe I am disgruntled ex-player that he cut? Please... The guy was one of the worst - if not the absolute worst - general managers in the history of the NFL. He got fired because of his own incompetence. You need to give it up already.
I think the overwhelming number of Jets fans etc whether they liked Idzik or not think you're a moron. Most fair minded people don't like that kind of stuff. Personal attacks totally one-sided. You also "think" I am Manish Mehta. I guarantee you that the majority of Jets fans appreciate our efforts - there are some (like you) who don't - can't please everybody... But at the end of the day , we were right and we got what we wanted. That is all that matters to us.
You cannot guarantee something that (i) is beyond your control or (ii) you as the guarantor has no way of compensating the guarantee if the guarantee does not come to fruition. It's a pet peeve of mine. Morons say it all the time and they really don't understand the word or the concept. _
