I think we see a pass this week. Polamalu on the blitz to pick up the wildcat, BANG! Holmes or Edwards in single coverage - BINGO!!
As good as Tomlinson is, wildcat formations failed vs. Pats last weekend. B. Smith was missed. I think the announcers were right when they were talking about Patrick Chung, "Bad things happen, when you ask people to do things they are not used to doing." Besides with LT, that statement also applies to the defense when Smith sets up behind center and why I like the change up. If it works, you keep milking it, but ultimatley I do not think the Tebow experiment is going to pan out in the NFL. Tebow may be good, but I think compromises will be made. Quarterbacks have a hard enough time staying 100% without increased roles in the run game. (See M. Vick). Once the element of surprise is lost this system will start to break down along with your QB. Sure is nice to have those skill players though, and I believe Brad makes the Jets a better team.
the more mark matures the less w.c. we should see.i love it with a young qb because it gives the coaches a minute here and there thru out the game to go over somethings or settle him down. as for this week i hope they let mark go a few series before trying it.and only using it if they are struggling to move the ball
