The Jets are simply losers.

Don't worry. Douglas still has Zach Wilson under contract next year too. If Rodgers goes down again, we have Zach and his NFL worst QB rating in the last two years to fall back on again.

 

Three of Douglas' high-priced major free agent signings (Tomlinson, Brown, and Uzomah) are three of the WORST blockers in the league. They are all making a fortune and they stink. Combine that with a QB drafted #2 overall who looks like and plays like a 15 year old, and that's what we have. Douglas and Saleh refuse to give guys like Ruckert or ANYONE else at QB a chance since they have invested so much in money and/or draft position in the guys above. No secret why our offense sucks, and the GM and coach are too damn determined to stick with the current crappy starters to ever see improvement.

 

At least we could use the same excuses. Saleh probably has them written down somewhere.
