actually the OP has a great point, just the wrong player. Sanchez is clearly a bust and we should be able to move him in exchange for a kicker or at least a decent punter. i'm not the first to think of this. i saw it somewhere on a 'jump to conclusions' mat.

It doesn't mean we agree with the move at all. It also doesn't mean it was a good move. If it's not just an insurance policy, it was an awful move IMO.
I definitely thought it was a fat chance and a stupid idea, and I continue to think it's a bad idea - but kudos to the OP for being right about it. Time will tell if I am wrong about the results.
I agree its a total shit move. You got rid of a guy who had a great season for some douche who got cut mid season cause he couldnt make FG's in a fucking dome. If this comes back to bite us in the ass this year and we lose a few games cause of this guy it going to be the first major ding on the Ryan/Tanny era.
