"I hate Godzilla too! He destroys cities!" Alan could go down as one of the greatest movie characters of all time.
it was a hilarious movie. the rainman spoof was done pretty well. i was also glad that mike tyson was worked into the storyline instead of just randomly thrown in at the last minute. alan was easily the most funny his speech to start off the night was classic.
Hello, How about that ride in? I guess that’s why they call it Sin City (hahaha) You guys may not know this, but I consider myself…a bit of a loner. I tend to think of myself as a one man wolf pack. But when my sister brought Doug home, I knew he was one of my own. And my wolf pack, it grew by one. So were two…so there was two of us in the pack. I…I was alone first in the pack, and then Doug joined in later. And 6 months ago, when Doug introduced me to you guys. I thought…wait a second, could it be. And now I know for sure, I just added 2 more guys to my wolf pack. 4 of us wolves running around the desert together, in Las Vegas looking for strippers and cocaine.
Sandra Bullock has knocked The Hangover out of first place...the nerve. http://news.yahoo.com/s/afp/20090621/ennew_afp/entertainmentuscanadafilmboxoffice_20090621182254
This was a great line by Dr. Valsh (Matt Walsh), "It's on the corner of 'get a map' and 'f*** off.'":rofl2::rofl2:
The cool/amazing part is The Hangover made $26 million in its 3rd weekend while being an R rated comedy.
Alan Garner: Hey guys, when's the next Haley's comet? Phil Wenneck: Who cares, man. Alan Garner: Do you know Stu? Stu Price: I don't think it's for like another sixty years or something. Alan Garner: But it's not tonight right? Stu Price: No I don't think so. Alan Garner: But you don't know for sure? I have this cousin Marcus who saw one he said it blew his mind I want to make sure I never ever miss out on a Haley's comet.
That's "The Dan Band". They actually perform concerts in LA quite a bit at the Avalon. My brother is a big fan. The lead singer is, strangely, married to Kathy Najimy aka the fat nun from Sister Act. And yes, it was hilarious seeing him pop up. Ditto for Todd Phillips in the elevator dressed exactly as he was in Old School
"...every now and then I get a little bit terrified, I see the fuckin' look in your eye!" Easily the best part of Old School.
The Hangover getting near TDK? Already saw it 3 times in theaters. Although I think I am stopping there.
