Was just listening to Passan on The Michael Kay show -- I didn't catch the year, but he said the length of time on the ballot went from 15 -> 10 years and is probably the reason why Bonds & Clemens didn't get in. He said 51 of the newest 58 voters voted YES for Bonds.
How about David Ortiz? Should he have gotten in? The guy tested positive for PEDs and had a much worse career than Bonds. Sick of these idiotic writers that feel that they are morally superior than all of us because they “protect the integrity of the game”. Fuck them.
