I agree i did not mind the keller play.. he had a chance.. N on the pass 2 holmes on 3rd they need to LET mark read the field!! Keller was open on the other side.. But shotty n his crappy play calling runs a slant for the 600th time this season

The only problem with Keller is he cant catch, but the play itself was fine. Dustin Keller is another guy who if the Jets get rid of this offseason will be an addition by subtraction.

    I just re-watched it.

You can clearly see Moore turn his head to Sanchez, pre-snap, and make a hand gesture. Perhaps he was trying to alert Sanchez to the gaping hole on the right side of the D-line?

After the play, you can see Moore walk up in Sanchez's face and put his hands on his hips, clearly worked up over something.

My guess is they had the pass play called, with an option to audible to a run, but Sanchez overlooked the read, and Moore was trying to point it out to him.

P.S. Damn, those f***ing four downs are tough to watch again.

I only seen the pass to Keller a few times so I may be off on this, but it seemed like an accurate throw to me. What threw off the play was it seemed like Keller was late reacting to the throw. The ball hit his and surely he should have caught it, but he would have put himself in a better position to catch it if he didn't react late.

That play may go down as the latest gastineau roughing the passer-type play.
