Sanchez is with his team throwing to his own receivers. New ones even. Geno is with a WR from the Steelers. Even if Geno is still throwing and getting in work. Wouldnt it make more sense to do it with his own teammates? Whatever man, I still support Sanchez and when that time comes ill support Geno, if I have too. I think any team activites should be taken advantage of especially if you are a rookie like Geno is. Whether Jets West works or not. I think im beating a dead horse here, so I will give it a rest with this topic. But to say that Jets West has no benefit at all is just being ignorant. These guys are working, watching film, getting in reps with each other. The guys you're going into battle with. Don't push the team aside. Am I wrong? Head west Geno and be with your team.
I didn't realize that we only had 1 day of Jest West for players to develop chemistry instead of an entire training camp.
Ummmm..the number one QB in the draft, was drafted at 18, by the Bills. You meant to say, the media consensus number 1 QB, Geno free falls with no teams needing QBs...? Buffalo, Arizona, minnesota? Really? And Buffalo traded up to get a QB, and took someone not named Smith. And the Cowgirls leaked draft boardmhad him listed third. 32 gms say otherwise.
no. the bills and cowboys g.m.'s say otherwise. we can only speculate how the other 30 g.m.s had them ranked. and fwiw, the bills and the cowboys aren't exactly the 2 franchises you want to use to support your argument. just sayin
Just the facts maam. The bills went up to grab EJ, and the Cowgirls, had Geno-fer lopez behind ej, and Barkley.... , But... A potential franchise QB, doesnt get passed on by every GM including the Jets. Geno-fer aint all that yet..
Bottom line..Geno isnt attending, because he knows he cant compete with Sanchez, in front of his teammates. If he could, he woukd want that support in the lockerroom.
Useless stat.Learn to watch the game.Average fan. Meanwhile, Sanchez was busy passing out swag bags. He didn't fumble any of them. Winner-------SANCHEZ!!!
I'm not going to get into the he said, she said club, but if Sandshit, a 5th year qb can't outplay a rure rookie who barely knows the playbook, then there's something wrong with him...
You're and idiot Hobbes. http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/draft/prospectrankings/2013/QB http://profootball.scout.com/a.z?s=127&p=9&c=12&nid=83&lnid=124&yr=2013 http://walterfootball.com/draft2013QB.php http://bleacherreport.com/articles/...oard-final-position-rankings-from-top-experts http://www.footballsfuture.com/2013/prospects/qb.html http://www.optimumscouting.com/draft/static/2013-nfl-draft-big-board.html http://www.drafttek.com/top-100-nfl-draft-prospects-2013.asp ... So, those are the first 7 links that came up when I googled "2013 nfl draft rankings". Everyone. Let me repeat that, EVERYONE of them had Geno ranked #1. Sure, maybe the Cowboys and the Bills had EJ ranked higher (and I read that the Bills were impressed by his interviews- remind you of someone? hint: Sanchez). But as Ive said in the past, and something that you endlessly deny, is that Geno Smith was the best QB prospect in the draft in the eyes of the majority based purely on tape. Now, that doesnt mean that he'll turn out to be the best QB in the draft, but he was the better prospect. Sorry Hobbes, but stop being an idiot. Please. Ive studied this draft as much as anyone on this site, maybe aside from WW85 and Harpua, and I know for a fact, that most respected websites and public scouts had Geno ranked as the best QB. Dont let your love affair with Sanchez tell you otherwise.
