The claim is that Spacey asked an 18 year old guy if he was old enough to drink, he said yes, so he bought him a bunch of drinks and ended up eventually grabbing his junk. And this all comes from his mother, not the kid. Spacey probably did it, but how on earth do you prove something like that?
Sexual allegations only seem to matter when it is celebrities. Funny how nobody cares when it is something that matters like a supreme court justice. They just push him through regardless of numerous allegations. But a famous actor? Throw the book at him, he's guilty automatically.
Kevin Spacey will get due process under the law. He is not guilty automatically, but he's a notorious creepster, and it's been an open secret and has been going on for years. Some youtube sensation, Austin Jones, whose content was aimed at teeny boppers, just got 10 years hard time in a federal prison for CP/predating on underage girls. He's 26, and some of the girls were as young as 14 . . . and of course they did what he said because they were "in love with him". I'll say it again: social media is a cancer. On the Keyser Soze front: that case was eventually dropped because the plaintiff and/or his mother tampered with the phone in question and refused to surrender it to the authorities prosecuting the case. The abusee filed a civil suit against Spacey and dropped it a week later when Spacey's attorneys demanded the phone be turned over in discovery. The DA responded to the dropped civil suit by dropping the case like a hot rock because if the plaintiff does not think they can win a civil suit the DA definitely isn't getting a conviction. Sose is still looking for work however because only Michael Jackson outright gets away with being an abuser.
I didn't think it was necessary to start a new thread so I figured I'd just put it here. Ghislaine Maxwell is having a tough time in jail and screaming help me. It would be crazy if jail reform came off the back of a sex trafficker (but it won't). Our penal system really needs to go, but one sin doesn't cancel out the other. Raw sewage, rat droppings, I've no doubt some it's true, and prison is a very inhumane place; but she probably should've thought about that before facing 80 years procuring children for a creep. I have mixed feelings in a way, only because it's putting a spotlight on it. A good friend of mine was a Corrections Officer. She did her 20 yrs and was so glad to GTFO. She dealt with murderers, no bullshit. It's just depressing all around.
I don't know how they'd write it but we definitely need a one stop "don't be an asshole" law for cult leaders that allows organized religion to thrive while one-stopping the assholes into a federal pen before they wreck hundreds of lives. We could call it the Jim Jones Law but it would apply to a bunch of other people over the decades since. You'd probably need an advisory group consisting of all the major religions assisting the authorities in determining who was just being Sung Myun Moon and who was being David Koresh. The subtext of the law would be something like "believe whatever you want to believe but when the rapes, beatings, slavery, murders and suicides start the party is over." Right now the authorities wait until a tragedy has happened before they take action, a theme that is playing out at the moment in other venues as well.
