Exactly. I said it in another thread but what the Johnson’s and this franchise needed was an absolute rock bottom to prove how they have operated doesn’t work. The Gase tenure is the best thing that could have happened to this franchise so the radical changes that needed to occur could happen. It sucks to go through it but the potential now to be run like an actual competent franchise is more important than the likely continuation of simply mediocrity that would have resulted from the existing structure the Johnson’s had in place.
