I think it's awful. I would cut all spending to ME, save Israel our only true ally in the region. Immigration is part of our fabric, but this is also not 150 years ago. Now we have people who have lived and served this nation for multiple generations. There is an opportunity to legally enter this country. If you come in another way you should be sent back. Why take in refugees and give them legal citizenship and a vote that matters in this country? Do we need to earn anything anymore or just give? People complain that there are no opportunities, that we need to give free school and benefits and then we also need to take in refugees which increase the competition for the same things. Syria was stable before we left Iraq and Iraq was much more stable. We should have never invaded Iraq, but once we did invade, we should have never left. We are spending more propping up fake allies and enemies of Israel than we would have spent remaining in Iraq, save American lives.
