Yes, the day all you shitheads finally stop using the term "Mevidollarsign". Especially in your quotes.

As I was purchasing a cup of Dippin Dots today, I overheard several Freemasons discussing the details of Revis' contract, which (they implied) will be signed and announced within a day or two.

And for the next 10 or 20 years, people will be joining this forum, and every once in a while there will be a long thread and some new guy will say "wow, this is a long thread!"

And immediately about ten guys will be like "umm... no, the revis/mevi$ thread back in 2010 was like 90K posts so shut the fuck up and go kill yourself, you no-post-count-having faggot."

    Good times.

Revis really shouldn't be buying watches when he has to put food on the table.

I miss revis less and less each day this bullshit continues on. No one player is bigger than the team. Get your ass to camp and play like a JETS! Or they will move on without you.

    Mount Revis :eek:hmy:

Btw, can anyone remember a more unrealistic contract demand in sports? I mean, the guy has three years left on his contract, the cba will be renegotiated and lockout season might be coming, and still he demands that his team jumps into cap hell to make him the best payed at his position.

Nnamdi Asomougha's contract with the Oakland Raiders.

Nmadi's contract is ridiculous, but his demands weren't unreasonable or unrealistic. He negotiated with the Raiders after all.

Dammit, I blame the built-in spell checker in Firefox. It has made me stop caring about my spelling.

I just dont know what to believe anymore. Is there no update, no progress, or is Revis leaving football behind to make them hoes feel the sting from the ring on his pinky?

I was having a bowl of alphabets cereal this morning when a curious thing happened... the number 24 appeared in my cereal filled bowl. I say its curious because last I knew there were no numbers in alphabets.. only numbers. I wonder what this must mean in the greater scheme of Mevi$ negotiations. :breakdance:

the key point people are missing is he was already franchised once at the time. If the raiders franchised him again it would have cost even more than what he got. That's why he got the contract he did. Next year, my understanding is the raiders have to pay him 17million (Franchise QB number I believe) or cut him. So, next year aso will likely be in for a pay cut.
