How in the world did he screw Leon over? Leon had an offer on the table that wasn't good enough for him, allowed his support team to stage a hissy fit, and then refused to sign his tender POST-injury for a few weeks, making it clear he wasn't going to be easy to sign this year either. Tanny made efforts to resign him. What exactly was he supposed to do?

On the last thread, I suggested they take his money right now, Split it between Cro,Homes, Edwards...and offer them the chance to get in a room and either all sign or none.

Then Force Mevi$ to play out his contract or retire.

    Cro + (Holmes and Edwards) > Mevi$.

Dude, is quite apparent that something is going on in regards to Revis, it may not be completed today tomorrow or by next Wednesday, but the positive thing, is something is happening, or there wouldn't be all this buzz.

If nothing was going on, you would have heard from one of the parties stating "there has been no movement - we have no further comment". since that has not happened, something is going on... and don't fret about Harris, he'll be resigned and Holmes as well - Edwards, I think not so much... we'll see

Have I said lately I was originally told "wednesday or saturday" on Revis but I shortened it for twitter? Now seems like good time.

LOL. I know we've gone over this before, but the Clint Eastwood "all or nothing" ultimatum can't possibly be serious.

I'm all for working to sign other players (and hold money aside for Harris when he's signable), but the crap with the other three isn't going to happen.

Revis wants 160, Jets want to give him 120. Once that issue is settled they won't talk talk guarantees

Have you heard anything said in the last 21 days

" WE HAVE A FUNDAMENTAL DIFFERENCE ON THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF COMPENSATION, UNTIL THAT'S RESOLVED WE WON'T HAVE ANY MOVEMENT "

Not so much for the three players I mentioned.

    Let me rephrase.

    Tanny calls up S&F. Says:

"I want to be sure we are on the same page" We OWN your clients rights for 3 more seasons.

My last offer is this one year band aid, and it expires in 24 hours. We expect it to be signed and returned if that happens we'll continue to negotiate a long term deal, if not we'll expect Darrelle to honor his contract and play his way to becoming a free agent like every one else does, and that long term money will be offered to Cromartie, Homes and Edwards....we may get one two or all three, but anyone we do get detracts from the pie available to your client.

I look forward to hearing from you"

So what? We didn't make it with him either. What's your point?
