Well, the 1s usually don't play week 4...that's one reason and may be why he wants to come back now.

Should Revis play game 1 if he signs today. Or should we let him train and then let him start at best week 3?

 

If he signs this week he plays week 1.

 

Of course they are still gonna deny it. Both sides agreed to a media black-out. They aren't gonna tell anyone in the media shit. Everything we have heard so far has come from sources, even if they are strong, credible sources. Yes, normally starters don't play in the 4th preseason game, but if Revis signs in the next day or two it might be best if he plays a bit in that 4th preseason game. Get some of the rust off and what not.
