Because even with that we still came back and the Game is a 60 min affair. Not a 59:56 with a ref call to decide it. - Our Special Teams kept us in it, - Our Defense finally stepped up, - Chad drove us down the field. So Basically, teams that play Bad should not be given a chance to still win a game? Great logic
Although I do agree with you for the most part, you can't just ignore that Pennington and the defense did their best to keep the Jets out of the game for 3 quarters.
It wasn't really the defenses fault. They got our offense the ball back in the second half on three 3 and outs, and on Cleveland's field goal they went all but six total yards off of Leon's fumble. They didn't play well early, but the offense had chances to win it, so I really can't blame the defense. Of course I don't blame Chadwick alone, but he was pretty bad today. The receivers played eh, Cotchery dropped that one ball, and I think Coles could've gotten into better position on that ball in the endzone, but that's me. It seems like Coles is looking for too much respect lately. After every play he wants a flag.
Oh Believe me, If you read the Game thread I was all over that. I even posted an aflac on a few of Chad's passes. No Doubt we played like a bunch of turkey turds. I was just making a point that even Turkey Turds deserve a fair chance at winning until it says 00:00
Although our D may have played a bad game they did give us 3 chances to win the game in the 4th quarter which we didn't capitalize on.
