I know we have dudes we drafted but no one likes Naanee as a 4? Just wondering...there are people posting in this thread who's opinions I'd like to hear...

too bad, we haven't heard one rumor about this as a possibility too. especially since NY has SD ties too with schotty & LT as well.

Nanee would be a good #4 because he's can run over the middle and get YAC.

Since he's a #4, I can imagine he'll be waiting until the end of the weekend or monday to sign with a team.

As a 4th WR, not a 2. I clearly pointed that out twice.

He wants him as a #4, not #2.

see...I think he'll sign pretty cheap, and as a 4th he can have those kind of moments I thought Clowney was gonna provide a couple of years ago. With his size, he should be a capable blocker too.

The one thing I think of is the fact that they drafted Kerley.

If they sign a #2 or 3 WR, Kerley becomes the 4. I dunno if they want to go 5 WR this year. If so, take a flier on nanee.

Is Kerley ready to be on the 53?
That's the question. I know some guys on the board love him, but I'm pleading ignorance. I don't know a lot about him, but I know it takes a special player, especially drafted in the 5th round, to make the regular season roster right away. I was looking at him as more of a PS type guy.

For what it's worth, Adam Schein said their is no chance of Moss being a Jet.

    Good post.

Unfortunately, I don't follow players on other teams like I use to. Checking his highlights and tangibles though, he certainly looks like the next best option after Braylon.

If Mark isn't able to correct his high throws this season, a guy like Floyd becomes invaluable.

I'm also not a fan of Moss coming here at all. The risk of him being counterproductive far outweighs his potential contribution as a deep threat. Moss may be one of the taller receivers, but he has never been known to be physical, and that's what we need.

He is easily on the 53. Very good player who will have a role right off the bat.

He's quick as fuck and can make good cuts on his routes. He's a ST player, so Westy should like this kid.

I think the Jets didn't mind letting B. Smith go because of this kid.

He might have 10 catches this year, but he'll be involved in some packages. I think he can run a wildcat if he has to, IIRC.

All these guys have "off the field" issues. Yeah, he's been arrested, I knew that...hasn't fucking 50 percent of the league been arrested by now?

If we got Aso I wanted Moss but since we're not I no longer care for bringing him in.

If he can contribute, and I know his ability to play on ST helps immensely, than Naanee (or any other 4th WR type) is not needed. I hope you guys are right about this kid.

Love the Floyd idea. Any idea how much it would cost? Ballpark at least, maybe 4 years $12M????
