He's a 23 year old two year starter at one of the hardest positions to play in the NFL. He's doing it without a G. Cutler would have gotten mauled here...even though I really wanted him too.
I think it would be fair to say D'Brickshaw has not even come close to justifying the draft pick that was spent on him. With that said, he is probably an average LT with the potential to grow. It's not an area of weakness.
