    There are rumors that the call to the Vikings by Brett Farve was made on Chris Mortensen's phone. They/we are all whamboozeld. Mortensen is getting a cut.

    I made that up. Let's see if this spreads.

    Say what you will about Mike Francesa...but he reported 2 days ago that the Jets were having internal discussions about going after Favre...then this breaks wide open today. I think he has some sources within the organization and it was in fact the Jets who inquired about Favre.

    At least Favre is staying in the NFC. Last thing we need is another top flight QB in this conference.

    lol they are crazy if they think they can get a 1st rounder
    he is coming back from retirement so they should consider themselves lucky they are getting anything at all
    i wouldn't give anyone, i don't care who they are, anything more than a 3rd for someone over 35.

    The only man dumb enough to trade a 1st round pick for Favre is Daniel Snyder. Maybe that's what they are counting on.
