I'm not sitting here and arguing what worse and whats not. That isn't the point. Nor am I gonna sit here and pretend that Front Offices sit there and do what may be ethically and/or morally correct. That's not their job, their job is to win games. We all know that. No room for morals in a billion dollar business. But I am a fan. And I would not be a fan of Brandon Marshall coming to the Jets, because of his fucking whiny ass attitude and his habit of beating his wife. Does that work for you?
yeah, it's much better than trying to make him out to be the worst guy who has ever gotten more chances than a normal person would because of his natural talents. now you have clearly stated your opinion on marshall without the need to try to justify it by making him seem worse than other scumbags. this is much better.
you blatantly downplayed what vick did and what arenas did. when people do that it suggests that they have an agenda. your agenda appeared to be that brandon marshall is the biggest scumbag in sports when he has ample competition for that crown.
Quick response on my part. I'll own up to that and didn't respond to that in the proper manner. While it may have "appeared" that way, would it be possible that you inferred a bit too much? Regardless, Marshall is up there. Interesting though that you have no problem cheering for this man while its quite possible that after he scores the touchdown and goes home does what hes notorious for. Would this be accurate? If it was up to you would he be a Jet? Just curious.
im down with bmarsh on the the jets. this would kick more ass than that beatdown he layed to his wi... oh my bad.
the way i look at it is that marshall is a POS for doing what he has done. i tend not to be too harsh of a judge on others actions because i know i have done things in my life that i wouldn't want anyone to know about. i believe that everyone has done/does things that others would look down upon. so would i cheer for marshall if he was a jet? yeah i would cheer for the player that he is, not for the person he may be.
I doubt it. I also am skeptical of bringing in any more headcases either. A team can only have so many before the scales are tipped.
Yes, if they put them on the same side of the field. See, Sanchez can throw the ball to Edwards who can have it hit him in the hands bouncing to Marshall who takes it to the house. Kind of like the Stokely (I think it was him) TD week 1 for the Broncos against the Jets' doormats.
I can't believe that it is even an option to get him for just a first. I think it is a no brainer, the dude is sick and one of the best in the league. Brandon Marshall, Braylon Edwards and cothery all on the same team would give Sanchez a bunch of elite weapons.
Adam_Schefter RT @judybattista: One more Jets tidbit: I'm told that the rumors about them going after Brandon Marshall "have no legs."
