Agree with this except for the bolded part, it was Donnie Henderson wanting the Jets D to hit during that scrimmage. Herm was probably off somewhere talking about chickens and buses while the real coaching was going on. Rex created this rivalry out of thin air, although the Giants have had their noses turned up at the Jets for decades.
