Mike Tannenbaum - poor job of shopping for the groceries.
    1. Traded away several picks on draft day. First two picks - very solid, the other two - who knows.

    2. Poor job in Free Agency. Could not come up with a creative resolution (he's known for that) to the Kendall issue and had no Plan B for the OLine issues.

    3. Needs to do a better job of evaluating talent/player development, or find someone who can.

    Thomas Jones?

285 carries 1021 yards 3.6 yds/carry. Every game he got 25+ carries we won. If you chart his yardage on carries, as he gets more carries in a game, he gets a better ypc.

Bryan Thomas with D'Brick a close second. He receives a contract and was pretty much non existnent this season. Tackles and sacks were way down. As for D'Brick I still have not seen much progession to solidify taking him as the 4th overall pick. Very inconsistent play to this point.
