OM freakin' G! I'm going to call up your statistics teacher, and have you retroactively failed. If you haven't taken statistics yet, I will track you down when you do and make sure you never construct a 3D pie chart EVER AGAIN!!!!

For those of you wondering what this is about, 3D pie charts are the absolute WORST way to present percentages, since people are terrible at assessing the areas of wedges, and the 3D pie chart's wedges don't even have the right area to begin with (because of the perspective angle put in). Regular (2D without perspective) bar plots are far better at getting across the actual point of the plot. Unfortunately, USA Today decided that they weren't cool-looking enough, and the result is the avalanche of horrible graphics that we see today.

I didn't see this until the bump.

No, I'm not Andy Rooney, since my grumpiness only extends to abuses of statistical presentation, analysis, and thought. On other topics, I pretty much don't give a damn what anybody else thinks!

Should we start a pool as to when the first "real" 00's poster joins? And by real I mean excluding people putting their babies on.

It's going to take a while because the youngest posters are born in 1991.

I figure 14 or 15 is older than it could be. Okay, then how about this poll: Which will happen first? A Jets SB win, or a '00s TGG poster?

    Hopefully, a Jets SB win.

But knowing us we'll probably have 2050 posters before we win again.
