Sure, bold predictions without any support get the attention, but careful statistical analyses like mine get ignored. It just ain't fair, I tell ya!

Welcome, Hobbes, to the "I've been quoted in the paper" club! I'm in it, you're in it, I think that's it, but hey, more power to us, right?

The jets had a easy schedule, some write, while i look at it as we made the playoffs having a new coach (system) new OC (new offensive scheme), new DC (new defensive scheme), 2 rookie OLinemen, curtis martin announcing his retirement, cotchery having to step it up for mcCareins lack of production.

and i dont want to hear it, but any game on sunday will not be an easy one.

im proud of my team for what they accomplished, its hard to do what they did in the position they were in last year.

look at the redskins it almost feels like they had new systems every year and they never go nowhere except for 2 years ago.

it takes an average GOOD coach 3 years to think superbowl with his new team, depending on the condition and talent of the team.

this was mangini's FIRST YEAR, so we have a headstart on that note.

Your right. But barring injury, this team can only improve with what it has going out on that field.

All is lost. If they're paying attention to TGG message board, it's only a matter of time before they discover Champ's and Green Guy's posts.

    Our credibility is doomed.

Good post. Also, first year OC and DC, the DL should definetely be better now that Kimo won't be starting and we will have a few more new players that will be contributing this year. They couldn't plug every hole last year. Did the TC, strength and conditioning have anything to do with the lack of injuries? Remember Herm did not get the players ready to play a full season and that may have a lot to do with all the injuries. He was even playing injured players without giving them a chance to heal, like Chad and Martin.

Right on, it gives us the air of authority that others can only aspire to attain

Actually this is my third foray into the publication world, I was also in National Review, and The American Spectator.
