Hey Guys. I rarely post in the draft forum because I don't watch college ball, and generally know nothing about potential draft picks. Whatever I do know I learn from reading the posts of those of you who actually do follow college players. To me WW85, MR. E, and Green Hurricane are the "Big 3" on the draft boards, but of course there are many more. So I created this thread to just say "thank you" to ALL of those who share their knowledge, opinions, stats, mocks, videos, etc. It really helps me at this time of year as we lead up to the draft. I'm sure there are many others like me who mostly just lurk, but who are equally appreciative of your efforts. So let's show our draftniks a little appreciation--and I encourage you to mention the names of posters you find most insightful or helpful. Thank You All!!! :up:
Yes, thanks to these guys I want to pay more attention to college football and watch the prospects more closely. You guys are awesome.
Dont feel that way hahaa. But honestly bro because of this forum and visting countless draft sites I know soo much more about prospects and where teams should look. I can name many upon many players and positives and negatives and this forum had a great deal in that. So for You, WW85, and Mr. E Thank you all :up:

Pretty much yeah but I just can not bring myself to watch college football. A character flaw, my first one....hmmmmm lol Just wanted to chime in to thank the drafnik's for their labor. It is much appreciated by the posters like me that just do not follow college football, other than a precursory knowledge of the top players. So thanks....

I appreciate the info, that is why when I thought about Blount, I posted it here for perspective. I just have this feeling that he could be a Jet in round three, not sure why because I am not a draftnik or expert of any kind, but this keeps popping in my head that they have their eyes on him. I could be way off base though.
As draftniks go, those guys really are as good as it gets. I'm not just trying to be nice either, I really mean it, those guys really do their homework and there's no doubt the draft is a passion for them ... its more than a hobby, its a passion ... that's why I'm sure each one will tell you it doesn't feel like work. Having said that, I also agree there are many more in this forum. Again, not trying to be nice, but I really do believe this forum is loaded with bona-fide "draftniks" in every sense of the word. Some people like the ideas I express on occasion, but I learn a lot coming here as well, and I suppose that's the best compliment I can give you guys.
With the exception of a few guys, everyone that's been contributing to this forum for the past couple of days has done a great job. I admit, I was a bit skeptical about this week...because I knew there'd be a ton of mock drafts and threads started in this forum. However, things have been great so far. It's always nice to have a bunch of active posters in the draft forum. Thanks to everyone that's been spending a lot of time in here.
I agree!! Everyone is doing a solid job with their opinions and POVs. The strenght of this forum... we all share information and ideas. E, GH, & I get too much credit. There are some other posters here that are Top-Notch. I agree with Jabba...I still learn something here everyday.
I've been on TGG for a few years, but this was the first year where I spent some significant time in the Draft forum. It's been incredibly informative and fun. I'm a big college football fan and an even bigger NFL draft fan, and Thursday can't get here soon enough. You can get a sense of who knows what the hell they're talking about pretty quickly, and I appreciate all the folks who put a lot more time and effort into player analysis than i do (like WW, Green Hurricane, MrE., Jabba, and a few others). Keep up the great work, fellas....in your mom's basements!!!!!!11!!one!!
