    Last I knew he was there for one year with a team option for a 2nd...got details on his contract?

    I still say that we should do what detroit did last year, and go up to #65 the first pick of round 3, and pick the guy that falls there.

    If they traded up to 22 they should have gotten Nicks or Britt. Very happy they didn't get Harvin.

    I wouldn't have minded getting to 21 for Maclin in that case.

    I like the idea of getting the 65th pick, sleep on the pick and make it the best player you can get.

    we got a dynamic player like that in leon washington. i'll pass on someone whos too stupid to not smoke up before the draft

    Some people on the board need to eat their words on Jarron Gillbert. I'd love to land him now, but we had guys rooting for him at number 17.

    well it seems to me that only Pitt is a threat to take Gilbert now before #65. So I would call them and Detroit and see what each wants for their pick. If Pitts deal is nearly indifferent to what detroit wants, i go get him tonight, but otherwise just go to #65 and hope for the best.

    UCONN has had 4 guys picked in the first two rounds.....only team with more....USC.

    If Gilbert hasn't been taken...isn't that a sign that there could be something there that we don't see that is bad?
