I never understood the hate for Tedy Bruschi. He was never a dirty player like say, Vrabel, or even Wilfork. He was always very respectable. When he lost a step in his older age he made up for it with technique and still played very well.

I get it. Rivalry. Hate the other team. Rah rah rah. You can separate players from the team when it isn't game day, though. As a member of the Patriots organization I dislike Brady, but as a quarterback and player I have nothing but respect for him. How people can wish shit like brain parasites and the rest of the crap in that other thread is beyond me. Yeah, I hope he doesn't see the field against the Jets because that increases the chances of them winning, but at the same time, I don't wish harm on him and I would rather the Jets beat the Patriots with him on the field because that makes the win that much better.

    That's surprising.

I think he'll be on the Pats payroll for life.

Didn't you see King's big scoop??? Brady said "we're gonna try to win this game" in the huddle at the end of the Bills game.

Look for Peeetah to finally get his Pulitzer.

This is Bruschi's way of pumping his old mates. Everyone in the civilized world knows this is what the Patriots live and die by, being disrespected. Bruschi knows that his comments would make it to the Patriots locker room and they would use it as motivation. Bruschi would love nothing more then to see his old team crush the Jets. By the way is it written in the Patriots contract that they must become TV analysts after they retire.

I agree whole heartedly and for the record Rodney Harrison is the worse commentator on all of TV, he & Tony D made a bad NBC show worse...didn't think it was possible

What stroke should have said was that "The Pats are gonna give the Jets a run for their money"
