I'm pretty sure Merrill Hoge died in the locker room during a game and they revived him. Not a joke. EDIT: Link
I believe that Tim Tebow is probably the best quarterback in the history of college football, but I don't understand why anyone thinks he can be a successful pro. Because he works hard and seems like a really nice guy? Come on. He's inaccurate, he doesn't read coverages particularly well, and he still doesn't look completely comfortable under center. I'd like to have him around as a backup QB (you can run dozens of wildcat/other gadget plays with him) but he shouldn't have been a first round pick, and I strongly doubt he'll ever be a starter. As for Miami, I still can't get over the fact that they signed Matt Moore instead of trading for Orton. Kyle Orton isn't ever going to win an MVP or anything, but he's a solid QB who can run any offense. Henne and Moore couldn't run a lemonade stand.
With Orton they could have been a playoff threat. Their defense is pretty good and Orton to Marshall was a good combo in 09
I'm watching him now in the Cowboys-Broncos game. Its like if Kellen Clemens could play QB and had athleticism and ability to run.
