Taylor only wants to play for the Jets

    I guess it's because I was spending a lot of time in the nonsensical cornerback threads, but for some reason I read this thread title as "Ike Taylor only wants to play for the Jets."

    Oh well. JT can come back at the vet minimum- that's a deal for both parties.

    For cap reasons I wouldn't mind us cutting Bryan Thomas and signing Taylor for the league minimum. They're both essentially the same player (great against the run, pass rush lacking a little juice, bad in coverage)

    If Taylor is with the Jets a pass rush is impossible

    I wish he got a SB w/ him b/c that would have irritated dolphin fans beyond belief but he is a dolphin, he was a rental for us. He made 2-3 plays during the year but overall the move didn't work out. Good luck to him in Miami and his post NFL career.
