This trade can do nothing but help. Dye isn't a huge dropoff from Vern, and for that dropoff, you straight up add an ace starter.

I have a problem here. The other day, I wanted to drop my set up man and pick up a better one. I wanted to drop Brandon Lyon (B. Lyon) of the Diamondbacks and pick up scott shoenweis. Instead, I accidently dropped B.J. Ryan (B. Ryan). The names of Lyon and Ryan looked close to me, I had no idea. As you know, I would have no reason to drop B.J. Ryan, as he's a superior closer. I regret that I made this error. It would be nice for the credibility of the league if I were allowed to correct this error and retain the rights to Ryan. It was an honest mistake which I was told of by my buddy Soss earlier this evening. Please consider my request. It would be much appreciated.

 

That might be a problem, since I already put in a claim for him.

I hope you guys understand that I didn't intend on dropping him at all. I must've been visually dyslexic, and I apologize for that. I would still appreciate if this was corrected. I pinch myself for not noticing, but I hope you guys understand that this wasn't the intended result.

Personally I think 17a should be able to keep him. If someone isn't careful enough to pay attention to who they drop, they should lose them. Just my two cents. That said, I did cancel my waiver claim since that's what the league seemed to want, I just think it's unfair.

 

I put in my waiver claim for Ryan just now, only because I don't deserve to have a high waiver priority after all this.

 

I dont think anyone else wants duchere but I will put him back on you team once he clears waivers.
