We should totally give up a UDFA pick for this guy. Maybe throw in a bag of dicks. I do like the idea of a wildcat roll, though. Had a sammich on one of those once. Damn that's a good sammich.
Mmm I think he'd want to be on a team that views him as a QB and QB only and would not put 100% effort in becoming the player Brad Smith has become over the years. Plus Smith is an excellent person, Pryor is full of himself.
For a 6th or a 7th, I might consider it. He would be a guy that would fit the new Jets in that he is a physical specimen who has some other issues. But there's little room as a QB, and he'd be a project as a receiver.
Do you think he'd take the move to WR seriously? I don't. The only way Pryor accepts to try and play WR is if every team in the NFL refuses to give him a chance as a QB... and teams like the Bills might want to give him a shot.
Would any of you consider drafting UNC DE/OLB, Michael McAdoo? I think he could do very well as an OLB. He's never started at UNC, but that was because he was playing behind Quinn and Coples. I've read that he's one of the top prospects in the supplemental draft, but who knows? Any opinions?
TheJetsStream Manish Mehta Terrelle Pryor to have workout/physical near Pittsburgh on Sat, according to @RosenhausSports. I've been told #Jets won't be attending. #nfl /thread
I would give up a 6th rounder for a project like Pryor who can be similar to Brad Smith as a multi weapon. The good thing with using a pick is that you get him for months and can have him digest the playbook before any 6th rounder or so you draft in the 2012 NFL Draft. While he probably won't be much use this year, its not the worst thing in the world to use a late round pick for Pryor.
